Crystal Patterson currently serves as the Director of Digital Media for the Pennsylvania State Senate, overseeing the digital media team and implementing operational processes for efficient workflow. Previously, Crystal held various marketing and communications roles, including Digital Media Coordinator and Coordinator II Marketing, where responsibilities included managing teams and developing brand strategies. As the Marketing Coordinator at YWCA York, Crystal coordinated marketing materials and crafted communication strategies, while also owning Patterson Graphic and Website Design, focusing on design services for nonprofits. Early career experience includes roles as a Webmaster for Clear Channel Communications and Communications Specialist for the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
