Crystal Clark is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State Dickinson Law since August 2024 and as General Counsel to the Republican Caucus at the Pennsylvania State Senate since February 2020. Previously, Crystal held the position of Of Counsel at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC from September 2015 to February 2020, and served as Solicitor for the County of Lancaster from July 2011 to April 2016. Crystal also was a Partner and Associate at Thomas, Thomas & Hafer, LLP from October 2003 to July 2011, and began a legal career as a Law Clerk at the same firm in 2002. Earlier experience includes an internship at the Governor's Policy Office and at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Crystal earned a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law in 2003 and a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2000.
