Cybil Federer has extensive experience in education, currently serving as a Spanish Teacher at Burrell School District since February 2008, where responsibilities include assessing student abilities and planning diverse language lessons. Additionally, Cybil has been the local president of the Burrell Education Association, the teacher’s union affiliated with PSEA and NEA, since June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2003-2007).
