Annette Knapp is an experienced professional in government relations and legislative research, currently serving as the Government Relations Coordinator at PICPA since September 2015. Prior to this role, Annette was the Manager of Legislative Research at the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association from September 1999 to March 2015, where responsibilities included addressing member inquiries, conducting food industry research, tracking legislative developments, and managing various committee operations. Annette also acted as an emergency communication liaison for the retail food industry and contributed to the association's publications and educational materials. Annette holds a Master's Degree in Communication and Government from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1993 and 1998.
