Patrick O'Rourke, MPH, is an experienced research analyst focused on legislative policy and public health. Currently serving the Pennsylvania House of Representatives since September 2019, Patrick O'Rourke analyzes and refines health-related policies, collaborating with a diverse range of experts to inform decision-making. Prior roles include assistant research manager and research analyst within the Legislative Policy & Research Office, where Patrick O'Rourke provided strategic recommendations and supported elected officials in legislative processes. Additional experience includes health policy analysis at the Manhattan Borough President's Office, and roles in management and teaching in various sectors. Patrick O'Rourke holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy Analysis from CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hunter College.
