Jordan Gouker has had a diverse work experience in government and legislative roles. Starting in 2008, Gouker worked as a Legislative Aide in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where they coordinated outreach events, reviewed proposed legislation, and met with State Departments and Agencies to address constituent concerns. In 2012, Gouker joined the Pennsylvania Department of Education as a Legislative Aide in Government Relations, progressing to Deputy Director and then Director of Government Relations. In these roles, Gouker analyzed education-related bills, worked with legislators to craft and amend legislation, and negotiated amendments with the House and Senate Education Committees. In 2014, Gouker transitioned back to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as an Analyst at the Majority Whip's Office. They later became the Executive Director to the Republican Whip. Currently, Gouker serves as the Human Resources Director and Director of Administrative Affairs for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
