Madeline Zann is an experienced political campaign professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee since February 2024. Prior to this role, Madeline held the position of Executive Director and Finance Director at the Democratic Senate Campaign Fund from May 2021 to January 2024. Madeline's campaign experience includes serving as Campaign Coordinator for Joe Neguse for Congress in 2020, where responsibilities included managing all campaign operations and fundraising efforts. Additional roles include Deputy Director for Ballot Access with Bennet for America, Regional Field Director for Our Colorado Way of Life, and Campaign Manager for Gray for Colorado. Madeline began a political career as a Legislative Aide for State Representative Matt Gray and has participated in various fellowship programs focused on campaign strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of Denver.
