Hillen Grason Jr has held various roles throughout their work experience. Hillen began their career at St. Mary's College of Maryland as an Assistant Coach for the Men's Basketball team from April 2012 to June 2013. Hillen then joined Northern Environmental Group as Vice President/Industrial Hygienist from October 2010 to August 2016. Afterwards, they transitioned to Albright College, where they worked as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach from June 2013 to April 2016 before moving on to roles as an Admission Counselor, Assistant Director of Admission and Athletic Liaison, and Coordinator of New Student Outreach from August 2014 to April 2019. Grason then joined Franklin & Marshall College as Interim Director of Admission from February 2020 to July 2020. Hillen later served as Associate Dean of Admission and Coordinator of Operations from April 2019 to September 2020, Associate Director of Operations & Communications from September 2020 to June 2021, and Director of Recruitment from June 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Grason holds the position of Dean of Admission at Franklin & Marshall College. Additionally, they are involved in the Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling, where they have served as Treasurer from June 2020 to June 2021, Finance & Budget Chair from June 2021 to June 2022, President Elect from June 2022 to June 2023, and is currently serving as President starting from June 2023.
Hillen Grason Jr's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial/Community Recreation, Parks and Tourism Management from Penn State University.
