Shannon Cox Baker is currently the RVP for the Mountain Region at Pennrose and also serves as the Managing Partner at Rivet Development Partners. Prior to their current roles, Shannon was the Principal at SCB Consulting LLC, Senior Developer at Boulder Housing Partners, and Environment Manager at Lend Lease Communities. Shannon began their career as an Environmental Specialist at Interface, Inc. Shannon holds an MBA in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BArSc in Environmental Studies from the University of South Carolina.
