Patrick Baxter has extensive experience in media production and communication, currently serving as a Producer/Director at WPSU since February 2015, where responsibilities include producing live content and developing promotional materials. Previously, Patrick was an Associate Producer and Video On-Demand Manager at WPSU Penn State from May 2010 to July 2014, and also held the role of Social Media Associate, managing various social media platforms. Earlier roles include internships at Revelations Entertainment and Arcadia Films, which provided foundational skills in office management and production assistance. Patrick holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Communication Theory and Research from Florida State University, a Master’s in Media Studies from Penn State University, and a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
