John Cohen is an experienced manager in the life insurance and customer service sectors, currently serving as Manager of Life Services at Penn Mutual since April 2019. Previously, John worked at Foresters Financial for nearly 18 years, where positions included Supervisor of Inforce Services, responsible for managing daily operations and a team handling extensive life insurance and annuity policies. John's earlier experience includes roles in management and operations at KB Toys and various positions within the insurance industry, beginning as a Management Trainee and progressing through roles that involved transaction processing, system testing, and licensing. John holds a degree in Psychology from Rutgers University.
