Shelly Rodwell has extensive experience in customer service and transportation coordination within the logistics industry. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Peninsula Truck Lines, Inc. since March 2023, Shelly previously held multiple Import Specialist positions at DHL Global Forwarding from February 2016 to March 2017. Prior to that, Shelly worked as a Transportation Coordinator at Global Transportation Services, Inc. from May 2014 to February 2016 and at Global Transportation from May 2014 to February 2015, focusing on shipment monitoring and collaboration with carriers. Shelly also has experience as a Paraeducator at Tahoma School District from January 2013 to May 2014, providing individualized academic support. Earlier in Shelly's career, from June 1996 to May 2009, experience was gained in customer relations and claims handling at YRC Worldwide, Inc. Shelly attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls from 1992 to 1993.
