Alejandro Pacheco Ruiz is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as an Operation Executive at Peninsula since October 2022, Alejandro previously worked as a Controlador de crédito at HSBC and completed an internship as a Hotel Receptionist at Eurostars Hotels, where responsibilities included customer support, billing, and cash management. Alejandro also gained managerial experience as a Bar Manager at Santa María Polo Club. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Strategic Marketing from Escuela de Negocios de la Cámara de Comercio de Sevilla, an International Tourism Scholarship in Hotel Management from Les Roches Jin Jiang International Hotel Management College, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Centro Universitario EUSA, complemented by an IB Diploma from Sotogrande International School.
