Senior Director Of Early Childhood Education, Youth, & Family Engagement at PENINSULA JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTER

Nicole Francis has extensive experience in various roles within the field of education, youth, and family engagement. Nicole is currently serving as the Senior Director of Early Childhood Education, Youth, & Family Engagement at PJCC - Peninsula Jewish Community Center. Prior to this role, they held the position of Preschool Director at the same organization. Nicole also served as the Youth and Family Director and the Sports and Recreation Coordinator at the center. Before joining PJCC, they worked as an Assistant Wellness Program Coordinator at UC Santa Barbara in 2007.

Nicole Francis began their education at UC Santa Barbara in 2003 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2007. In 2015, they enrolled in Notre Dame de Namur University, pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. As of now, they are still pursuing their MPA and has not yet completed their degree.
