Aine Everett-Vance currently serves as the Spa & Retail Operations Manager at Peninsula Hot Springs since December 2022. Prior to this role, Aine held various positions at Victoria University, including Education Manager from September 2015 to September 2022, and Beauty Educator/Teacher from 2011 to 2015, focusing on teaching, assessment, compliance, and coordination. Experience also includes serving as an Educator & Trainer at Carrick Institute of Education (2010-2011), emphasizing training and curriculum development, and multiple roles at ELEMIS from 2007 to 2010, where Aine worked in training, operations, and business development. Aine began a career in the spa industry with Steiner Leisure Limited as a Spa Manager and Therapist on luxury cruise ships from January 2004 to January 2006. Aine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts-History and Irish from University College Cork and further education credentials from Victoria University.
