Pasquale Parascandolo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as Outlet Manager at Penha Longa Resort since January 2023. Previously, in the role of Bar Manager at Hotel Arts Barcelona from July 2021 to January 2023, Pasquale demonstrated strong leadership in beverage service. With a solid background as Head Bartender at W Hotels and Marriott Hotels, Pasquale refined skills in high-pressure environments from May 2019 to March 2022 and January 2018 to March 2022, respectively. Earlier experience includes a position as Shift Leader at London Marriott Hotel West India Quay and Head Bartender at OXO Tower Restaurant, Bar and Brasserie. Pasquale's education includes a certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, completed between 2013 and 2014.
