Terence Ateya has several years of experience in various technical roles. Terence is currently working as a Senior DevOps Engineer at Penguin Computing, where they focus on planning the deployment of applications and tools for Azure Kubernetes Service. Terence has a strong background in cloud solutions and software testing.

Before joining Penguin Computing, Terence worked as a DevOps Engineer at Revenue Management Solutions (RMS), LLC, where they administered applications and services across multiple servers. Terence also played a key role in configuring and deploying applications to different environments and monitored the performance of the cloud-based infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In addition, Terence has experience as a Software Developer, where they designed and built an e-commerce platform for electronic products. Terence utilized Google Firebase as the primary database and developed the application programming interface (API) using NodeJS.

Earlier in their career, Terence worked as a Java Software Developer at Reliable Electronics Ltd. Terence was responsible for planning and managing software projects, documenting progress, and translating specifications into functional requirements. Terence also prepared technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Overall, Terence Ateya has demonstrated expertise in DevOps engineering, software development, and project management in various industry sectors.

Terence Ateya pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from the University of Central Oklahoma from 2020 to 2021. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained various certifications, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional, AWS Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, and Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate. Terence is currently studying Kubernetes through Linux Academy.
