Suli Filivao is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Penguin Solutions since November 2022, with a solid background in technical roles spanning over two decades. Prior to this position, Suli worked as a Data Center Technician III at IBM from March 2018 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing daily Data Center operations and building cloud hosts tailored to customer specifications. Suli's earlier experience includes serving as a Data Center Support Technician at Ericsson, focusing on lab relocation projects and hardware installation, as well as a Crash & Salvage Specialist in the US Navy. Suli holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Security and Cybersecurity and an Associate of Science in Information Technology, both from ITT Technical Institute.
