Kevin T. has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kevin began their career as a Physical/Computational Scientist at the Naval Research Laboratory in 2008 and worked there until 2009. Kevin then joined the Center for Computation and Technology at LSU as a PhD Candidate from 2006 to 2010. During this time, they also served as an Advisory Board Member for IGERT.org at TERC in 2009 and 2010. From there, they went on to work as a Computational Scientist at High Performance Technologies, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Dell from 2011 to 2013.

In 2013, Kevin joined Penguin Computing and held various roles, including Solutions Architect from 2013 to 2014, Director of Technology and Sales, Southeast from 2015 to 2016, Sr. Director of Technology and Business Development, Advanced Solutions Group from 2017 to 2020, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of the Strategic Solutions Group.

Kevin T. obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge in 2001. Kevin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics from Louisiana State University, which they completed in 2004. Continuing their education, Kevin T. obtained a PhD in Engineering Science from Louisiana State University in 2010. In 2020, they also obtained the certification in "Introduction to AI in the Data Center" from NVIDIA.
