Sean Forde currently serves as the Sr. Director of Market and Liquidity Risk at PenFed Credit Union since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sean held the position of Director of Enterprise Risk at Citi for a brief period in 2023 and worked as a Senior Manager in Risk and Financial Advisory at Deloitte from January 2022 to January 2023. Sean's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Freddie Mac, where as Vice President of Treasury, leadership was provided to a team of nine traders overseeing a $275 billion debt funding portfolio. Sean holds a Master of Science in Finance from American University, a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Washington.
