Patrick O'Toole is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Vice President of Threat Identification and Response at PenFed Credit Union since November 2017, after holding positions including Director and Senior Manager in Cyber Security Operations. Prior to that, Patrick contributed to cybersecurity efforts at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert and served in the Army Reserve Cyber Operations Group as a Senior Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer. Over the years, Patrick has held various roles in cyber security across organizations such as TASC, Inc., Foxhole Technology, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, culminating in a diverse portfolio that includes roles as Security Engineer and Network Defense Plans Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Systems Security from Strayer University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems focusing on Computer Forensics Management and two Associate degrees in Network and System Administration and Criminal Justice from Northern Virginia Community College.
