Catherine Sweeney is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading enterprise project management offices and governance functions. Currently serving as Director of the Enterprise PMO at PenFed Credit Union, Catherine has previously held positions such as Director of ePMO Governance & Reporting at Common Securitization Solutions and Director of Project Management at Fannie Mae, overseeing significant technology project portfolios and governance processes. Catherine’s expertise encompasses project and portfolio financial management, resource capacity management, and team leadership across various sectors including finance and technology. Academically, Catherine holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, complemented by certifications including PMP and CSM.
