Mustafa Çetinkaya is an experienced social media strategist with a career at Pendik Belediyesi since October 2009, where responsibilities include content and technical management of social media accounts for the municipality and the mayor across various platforms. Mustafa also serves as the founder of Bisiklet Yolculuğu and holds multiple positions, including Superuser at Foursquare, Places Editor for Facebook, and a Level 6 Local Guide for Google. Previous roles include membership in the operations team at USMED and contributions as a blogger on technology and social media for multiple platforms.
