Jocelyn Lam is Pender’s Human Resources Business Partner since February 2022. Jocelyn has over 7 years of experience in human resources management across technology and financial services sectors, where she has worked with both large global organizations and small local firms providing people-centric support and solutions.

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a distinction in Human Resources and Accounting from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
