Dr. Romain Blanchard received his PhD in Applied Physics from Harvard University and his MS from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France. As Director of Technology Development at Pendar from 2018-2020, he led the design of new products and solutions, including Pendar XIO, and oversaw internal R&D efforts and government programs.
