Ben Hall is an experienced professional in energy procurement and resource management, currently serving as the Energy Resources Manager at Pend Oreille County Public Utility District since February 2023. Prior to this role, Ben Hall held various positions at ENGIE Impact from 2013 to January 2023, culminating in the role of Sr. Energy Procurement & Strategy Manager.
