Lim Zhi Hooi (Celine) is a Mental Health Educator at Penang Adventist Hospital since July 2022, previously serving as an Operations Assistant at Gleneagles Penang from January to July 2022, where project management and service agreement oversight were key responsibilities. Celine gained experience as an intern at Women's Centre for Change in 2021, multitasking in services, outreach, and advocacy while participating in international conferences focused on women's and children's rights. Early in 2017, Celine led a team of receptionists at Focus Education, managing administrative tasks and organizing educational events. Celine holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from HELP University and completed an American Degree Program in Psychology at HELP College of Arts and Technology.
