John Saine is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at PEMCO since November 2018, John has previously held positions at HTC Global Services and Capgemini. John’s career began at CSC, where a tenure of over 36 years included significant contributions in MVS Assembler and COBOL programming, as well as expertise in VSAM and DB2 databases on a CICS platform. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Newberry College, earned between 1977 and 1981.
