Douglas Tobey is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing browser-based solutions for the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at PEMCO since October 2018, Douglas has previously held positions at SpeedBuilder Systems, Inc. as a Senior Programmer Analyst, and at DXC Technology where responsibilities included leading full life cycle development projects. Douglas's career began at CSC, where roles ranged from Senior Professional Application Engineer to Programmer Analyst, focusing on policy administration systems and utilizing programming languages such as Smalltalk, COBOL, C++, and SQL. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
