Stacey Spurr has extensive experience in asset management and real estate, currently serving as the Regional Director for the West Coast at Pembroke since August 2016, where responsibilities included previous roles as Director of Asset Management and Asset Manager. Prior to Pembroke, Stacey managed an 18 million square foot portfolio for Reit Management & Research LLC and supported a larger portfolio across multiple REITs as an Asset Management Analyst. Earlier career experiences include supporting a CBD office portfolio at Pembroke Real Estate and a summer internship. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University, complemented by attendance at Syracuse University and Phillips Andover Academy.
