Ferdinand Gultom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land expansion and project management within the development sector, notably at PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Tbk, where Ferdinand has held various leadership roles since September 2001, including Vice President of Land Expansion Projects and Reclamation Department Head. Currently a Director at PT Taman Impian and a former Chief Executive Officer at PT Sarana Tirta Utama, Ferdinand specializes in managing substantial infrastructure projects and service business investments. Ferdinand holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the University of Indonesia.
