Scarlett Dutnall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management within the hospitality and fitness industries. Currently serving as the Global Director of Studio Member Experience at Peloton Interactive since July 2022, Scarlett oversees the studio guest experience for the front of house teams at Peloton Studios in London and New York. Prior to this role, Scarlett spent seven years at Soho House & Co, advancing through several positions including Membership Support Manager for EMEA, where leadership of a 15+ person team focused on service excellence and member retention across multiple regions took place. Additional experience includes managing operations at Virgin Active as a Spa Manager and gaining foundational skills in a work experience role at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Scarlett holds an educational background from Southend High School for Girls.
