Rui Gatti has over 25 years of work experience in the technology industry. Rui began their career at PTC as a Pre-Sales Engineer, where they supported the sales team and implemented 3D tools and data management software. Rui then moved on to Siemens PLM Software as an Account Manager before joining Infor as a Senior Account Manager. At Infor, they provided business software solutions to customers and managed key accounts in Brazil.
In 2006, Rui joined Autodesk as a Sales Manager, where they implemented value selling methodologies and achieved significant revenue growth. Rui also served as the General Sales Manager, leading the Brazilian sales subsidiary and doubling the company's size in three years.
Following their time at Autodesk, Rui joined Prometheus Group LLC as the General Country Manager, establishing the company's presence in Brazil and securing significant sales contracts with major companies. Rui then joined Oracle as a Senior Sales Manager, where they focused on growing LATAM revenue and positioning enterprise project management solutions for key vertical industries. Rui was later promoted to General Director, Latin America, where they led a team of 52 people and achieved 9% growth in SaaS applications.
Currently, Rui is the LATAM Sales Director at Peloton Consulting Group.
