Richard van Emmerik currently serves as the Algemeen directeur at Pellikaan Bouwbedrijf B.V. since October 2021. Prior to this role, Richard held several positions within Pellikaan Construction Ltd, including Managing Director from January 2009 to October 2021, and Director and Contracts Manager from January 2002 to December 2008. Richard's career in the construction industry began at Pellikaan Bouwbedrijf BV as a Project Manager from June 2000 to December 2001, and earlier at Pellikaan Construction as a Project Manager from June 1999 to June 2000. Richard's experience also includes a role as a Calculator/Projectleider at Pellikaan Bouwunternehmung GHBH and as an Assistent Bureaumanager at Sterk Bouwsystemen. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Public Housing from Hogeschool Midden Brabant, along with education from Mill Hill College.
