Neil McAllister possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the New Construction Install Manager at Pella Windows and Doors of Virginia since 2019, while also overseeing single-family home construction as a Superintendent for NK Homes/LeGault since 2017. Prior roles include Estimating/Construction Manager in new home construction between 2015 and 2017, as well as positions as an Insulator and Metal Fabricator at DZ Atlantic and I.S.I. from 2009 to 2013. From 2005 to 2009, Neil McAllister held the title of Vice President at MAK Homes Inc., and previously served as Vice President at Boone Homes, Inc. from 1994 to 2005. Currently self-employed since August 2023, Neil McAllister continues to leverage a robust background in construction management and operations.
