Dana Goad has extensive experience in the home improvement industry, currently serving as the Senior Project Coordinator at Pella Norfolk Experience Center since August 2012, where responsibilities include showroom management. Prior experience includes a tenure at Home Depot from July 1998 to October 2010, holding positions such as Doors and Windows Specialist, Department Supervisor, and Kitchen Designer, during which Dana earned multiple customer service awards. Earlier work at Home Quarters Warehouse from June 1989 to June 1998 involved roles as Head Cashier and Doors and Windows Specialist, also leading to several customer service accolades. Dana Goad graduated with a general diploma from Princess Anne High School in Virginia Beach between 1986 and 1988.
