Dylan Leary is an accomplished culinary professional and non-profit leader with extensive experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to sustainability. Currently serving as a Line Cook at Pelham House Resort since July 2020, Dylan was part of the opening team for the venue's rooftop restaurant and primarily manages the garde manger and raw bar stations. As the Founder and Executive Director of People4Tomorrow, Inc. since May 2019, Dylan leads initiatives aimed at regenerating environmental and societal health through food. Previous roles include an internship with Kiss The Ground, a farm internship at Apricot Lane Farm, and various culinary positions at notable establishments including Eataly, FarmTable Cucina, and Chapter One Restaurant. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Applied Food Studies from The Culinary Institute of America and has an educational background in Bioengineering from Northeastern University.
