Matan Gur-Ari has extensive experience in various roles at Pelephone since 2006, currently serving as Project Manager in the HR Division and a member of the Workers’ Committee since December 2011. Responsibilities include managing labor relations, negotiating employee welfare conditions, and overseeing HR areas. Previously, Matan held the position of Customer Service Team Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making and managing sales and service operations. Prior to that, Matan was the Service and Sales Center Team Leader, overseeing a team of 17 employees, and started as a Service and Sales Representative. Matan holds a Multidisciplinary BA in Economics, Law, and Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Ariel University, graduated in 2020.
