Elyad Alaei has three years of work experience. In 2017, they were the CTO of Pelcro. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Software Consultation at MATbionics. From 2008 to 2014, they were the Lead Software Developer and Computer Systems Expert at Sahand TV Broadcasting. As Lead Software Developer, they were responsible for analyzing, designing and developing software systems needed by the organization, such as an organization's help desk ticketing system using Laravel PHP framework and migrating the organization's IT asset management software to Laravel 5. As Computer Systems Expert, they were responsible for gathering new requirements and designing and developing software systems, such as an organization's IT asset management web based software, a web based software to manage and query expert's database, and bug fix and changes to a guest and car tracking system used by the organization. Elyad was also responsible for researching and preparing recommendations and solutions for the needs of the organization related to its information systems and their installation and deployment.

Elyad Alaei obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from PNU University in 2012 and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Islamic Azad University in 2005.
