Tristan Rattink is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital technology and game development. Currently serving as SVP of Digital Experience at Pela since February 2022, Tristan oversees various initiatives including eCommerce and mobile app development. As a Strategic Advisor at Carbon Counts Tech PBC since January 2021, Tristan provides expertise in strategic planning. Previously, leadership roles included General Manager of NBA Top Shot at Dapper Labs and COO at Rogue Harbour Game Studio. Notably, during a lengthy tenure at Hyper Hippo Entertainment, Tristan led the development of the acclaimed AdVenture game franchise, driving significant brand growth and cross-platform initiatives.
