George's extensive experience includes leadership roles at companies such as Gulf Coast Printing, JW Fergusson & Sons, and Fleming Packaging Corporation, where strategic initiatives led to substantial growth and operational improvements. Gialenios holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University.
