Lauren Tyler is an experienced quality analyst with a comprehensive background in the insurance industry, currently serving as Quality Analyst III at Pekin Insurance since May 2017. Prior roles at Pekin Insurance include Quality/Test Engineer II, QA Analyst, and Life Business Analyst I. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Personal Lines Customer Service representative at Nixon Insurance Agency and served as a Special Projects/Research Intern at the Economic Development Council for Central Illinois. Lauren's career began in the food service industry as a manager at Nick and Willy's Pizza from April 2008 to December 2013. Educationally, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Illinois Central College, in addition to completing studies at Dunlap High School.
