Jan Halinen is an experienced professional in production and occupational safety, currently serving as the Head of Production at Peikko Finland Oy since January 2020. Responsibilities include organizing production and coordinating capacity across all manufacturing units while ensuring cost-efficient production with the appropriate quality standards. Prior to this role, Jan held several key positions within Peikko Finland Oy, including Occupational Safety Manager, Production Manager, and Development Manager, where contributions included building a certified Occupational Health and Safety Management system and managing production processes effectively. Jan's industry experience is complemented by technical expertise gained from previous roles at Foxconn and Eimo Technologies Inc. Additionally, Jan holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Production Engineering.
