Martin Kotas started their work experience as a Software Developer at DIALOG s.r.o. / SMS in 1996. Martin then worked as a System Analyst at BGS s.r.o. from 1998 to 2000. Afterwards, they joined ANECT a.s. as an IT Infrastructure Consultant from 2000 to 2014, and then transitioned to the role of IT Security Consultant until 2015.
