Victoria Berry has a strong background in strategy and branding. Victoria started their career as a Corporate Communications Executive at Jumeirah Group / Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where they were involved in external communications and investor relations for luxury hotel brands around the world. In 2008, they joined FutureBrand as an Analyst in New York and has since held various roles, including Senior Strategist and Strategy Director. Victoria is currently the Head of Strategy in Australia, where they work with a diverse range of clients and brands to develop impactful strategies for growth. Victoria is passionate about creating and transforming brands and enjoys working closely with clients to deliver customized solutions that drive real change.

From 2002 to 2005, Victoria Berry attended the University of Sydney where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Gender Studies.
