Chris Messana has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at PEI-Genesis since September 2013. Previously, Chris worked as a Planner at Benteler Automotive, managing the efficient shipment of OEM customer requirements, and held a customer service role at Mann-Hummel USA Inc., supporting high-profile Automotive Wholesale Distributors and coordinating communication across multiple departments. Chris's career began at Norandex, where operations management took place for 17 years. Chris earned a degree in English/Education from IUSB between 1968 and 1972.
