Robert Baranauskas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert started their career in 2005 with the New York State Police as an Information Technology Specialist 1, where they utilized remote administration utilities and applications to troubleshoot issues and played a significant role in the Microsoft Novell Conversion project. From 2006 to 2013, they worked as an Information Technology Specialist 2, providing daily support and administration for over 500 servers and managing a Citrix server farm.

In 2013, Baranauskas joined Dynatrace as a SaaS Systems Engineer and later became a Senior SaaS Systems Engineer. In these roles, they worked on operations projects, maintained private clouds, and supported over 1,500 VMs.

Since 2020, Robert has been employed at Pegasystems, where they started as a Systems Engineer and progressed to Senior System Engineer and currently holds the position of Principal Systems and Storage Engineer. Here, they are responsible for operations management, root cause analysis, systems deployment, and support. Robert is also an expert in virtualization, backup and disaster recovery platforms, enterprise storage, and systems lifecycle management.

Robert Baranauskas earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Oswego. Specific dates for their education are not provided.
