Brendan Horan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in knowledge management, software development, and user interface design. Currently serving as the Director of Support Knowledge Management at Pegasystems since March 2010, Brendan manages a team that focuses on documentation and community management, coordinating self-support initiatives for technical developers and business designers. Previous roles at Pegasystems include Principal Software Engineer and Senior Human Factors Engineer, where Brendan led software development and UI design efforts. Earlier experience at Chordiant Software encompassed roles such as Human Factors Engineer, Business Analyst, and Technical Writer, while initial experience at Yantra Corporation involved technical writing.
