James Wood, MBA, is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in leading large teams and managing substantial contracts across diverse sectors. Currently at Pegasus Support Services, LLC, James oversees a $276M Base Operations and Maintenance Service Support contract, demonstrating exceptional leadership with 235 staff. Previously, James managed over $1.5B in major construction projects for the United States Air Force Central Command, implemented strategic process improvements at Sallyport Global as Director of the Mission Support Group, and led the National Science Foundationā€™s Polar Program as Site Engineer with PAE. James's military background includes roles as Deputy Group Commander and Command Engineer with the United States Air Force, where oversight included contracts valued at over $300M. An MBA graduate with summa cum laude honors from Trident University International, James also holds master's and bachelorā€™s degrees in military operational art and electrical engineering, respectively.
