Joshua Alexander has extensive experience in account management and fraud analysis, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Pegasus Logistics Group since August 2017, where Joshua has progressed through various roles including Account Manager II, Account Manager I, Account Coordinator, and Shared Services Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as a Fraud Analyst at both Blueport Commerce and Neiman Marcus, and as a Private Investigator at Veracity Research Company. Joshua began their career as a Student Assistant IT Technician at the University of North Texas. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of North Texas, with earlier studies at North Central Texas College.
